I was born and raised in Richmond, VA where I attended the Chesterfield Technical Center for pastry and my love began. I gained my formal training at Johnson & Wales University gaining degrees in Baking and Pastry, Culinary Arts, and Food Service Management graduating Summa Cum Laude. I have worked in many bakeries and restaurants which include the Williamsburg Lodge, Great Wolf Lodge Concord, and Baku Restaurant. I moved to Morrisville, NC to pursue teaching for the last 5 years at The Chef’s Academy in Culinary and Pastry Arts.
My company began as a small home based business 11 years ago. My dreams to expand came to life in October of 2017. From that small dream just to make cakes. My life has grown into being a wife, a mom, a teacher, and a business owner. I would love to make a custom cake for your special event so they can be as special as mine was.
